Shopping centers have never been our mainstay like warehouses have been; however, Bowers & Associates has owned three neighborhood centers in the past and we never miss an opportunity to assist a tenant that requires space. Over the last several years, we have completed over ten leases in various neighborhood centers.

For the last 5 years, we have acted as the leasing agent for the 60,000 sf  Arlington Plaza Shopping center owned by JaGee Properties in Ft Worth. We helped JaGee lease and dispose of a rather troublesome property several years ago and they have retained us as their Arlington broker for many years.
