We have owned, leased, managed, and sold office buildings.  For over ten years, we leased and managed over 60,000 square feet of retail and office space in the uptown area of Dallas for the Communities Foundation of Texas.  Presently, we manage a 17,000 sf office building located in Arlington, Texas, at 520 Avenue H.  By adjusting the rentals as the market fluctuates, we have managed to average 80% occupancy over the last ten years.  In 2011, we were able to bring the occupancy up to 95% for the entire year.
